For return and refund
We do not accept returns, as these are food products; once delivered, they cannot be returned.

Once you reach out to us, our team will be able to assist you with a replacement or a refund depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

For cancellation
You can raise cancellations with us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order, the refund shall be credited to your account in 4–7 working days.

For change in shipping address
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account settings. When you are checking out your order, the address will be displayed, and you have the option to amend it if you need to. Upon order confirmation, if you would like to change your shipping address, do send your request to customercare@farmerclub.in.
